Steel Structure for Poultry House
Prefab light steel structure poultry house with control room is designed with galvanized light steel structure to be used for chicken feeding.
Both the column and beam are designed with hot rolled H section steel
and the purlin applied C section steel.
On one end designed with one big door to allow the machine go inside poultry house to clean chicken manure and one small steel door to allow people to go inside the control room.
Workers can control the feeding line, drinking line and other systems easily just by press on the button in the control room.
On side wall cooling pad is designed with shed as well, doors are designed for people to go inside the shed to repairing or change cooling pad. All the walls and roof are designed with sandwich panels, and ceiling designed with plastic film to avoid condensate water.

Generally the height of poultry houses is between 2.5m-3.5m (at eaves). The width of the poultry houses is decided according to then layout of equipment inside and cannot be too large considering ventilation. Steel structure poultry houses are usually designed with the width of 8-15m. Length is no larger than 120m.
In modern chicken farms, chicken feeding is operated in large scale in an automatic way. A complete set of equipment in a poultry house consists of the following items: Automatic feeding system, automatic nipple drinking system, exhaust fan, evaporative cooling pad, floor for dung leakage, etc...
